🌴 Booking Policy – Alkaline Adventures Travel & Retreats Thank you for choosing Alkaline Adventures. We design each experience with intention, love, and care. By booking a retreat, travel product, or planning session with us, you agree to the following policy: ⸻ 📌 Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. • Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule provided at the time of purchase. • All balances must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted. • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of your spot without refund or credit. ⸻ 🔁 Payment Plans • Select offerings include flexible installment plans. • Invoices and reminders are sent prior to each payment due date. • Failure to make scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation. ⸻ 🚫 Cancellation & Credit Policy • All payments are non-refundable. • If you cancel more than 60 days before your trip, funds paid (excluding the deposit) may be credited toward a future retreat or travel product within 12 months, based on availability. • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for credit. • Credits are non-transferable and may not be applied to custom bookings or one-on-one services unless otherwise approved. ⸻ ✈️ Travel Documents & Guest Responsibility • Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required documents. • Alkaline Adventures is not responsible for missed travel due to flight delays, denied entry, or personal emergencies. ⸻ 📧 Communication • Confirmation and trip details will be sent to the email you provide at checkout. • It is your responsibility to stay up to date on all communications regarding your booking. ⸻ 🌿 Health & Wellness Participation • By booking, you voluntarily agree to participate in all wellness offerings and excursions at your own risk. • Please notify us in advance of any allergies, injuries, or medical concerns. ⸻ 🧳 Final Notes Every journey we offer is sacred.
